Refund & Dispute Policy (Services)

At Kenstar Coaching, we are committed to client satisfaction. Due to the nature of digital coaching services, all sales are final. If you experience technical issues accessing programs, we’ll work with you promptly to resolve them. Disputes can be initiated via email at support@kenstarcoaching.com <br>(or coach.kenstar@gmail.com if support mail is unavailable).

Cancellation Policy

Monthly coaching plans may be canceled at any time. Cancellations must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges. No refunds are issued for partial months.

Terms of Service – Kenstar Coaching

Effective Date: September 2, 2025

1. Services Provided. Online personal training, including customized programs (Everfit or similar), exercise form review via submitted video clips, general (non-medical) nutrition guidance, and ongoing support/progress tracking.
2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase coaching services. If under 18, you may only use our services with parental/guardian consent.
3. Payments & Refunds. Coaching services are billed in advance. Due to the digital and time-based nature of our services, all sales are final once a coaching period has started.
4. Client Responsibilities. Provide accurate health/fitness info; consult a medical professional before starting any program; follow safety guidelines; train within your limits.
5. Disclaimer of Liability. Kenstar Coaching is not a medical professional. All information is educational and not a substitute for medical advice. You acknowledge exercise carries risk and accept responsibility. Kenstar Coaching is not liable for injuries, health issues, or damages arising from participation.
6. Communication. Coaching communication may include email, messaging platforms, Everfit, or scheduled calls. We aim to reply within 24–48 business hours.
7. Termination. Either party may terminate services with written notice before the next billing cycle. Kenstar Coaching may refuse service at any time.
8. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America.
9. Testimonials Policy. Discounted promotional offers may request a testimonial (short written or 30–60s video). By participating, you grant Kenstar Coaching a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your testimonial for marketing (website, social, ads, promotional materials). Sharing personal details is optional; testimonials must be truthful. We do not sell or share your contact info with third parties.
